Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of future AIChat Sales Agent renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the cancellation is processed and confirmed.

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the subscription is suspended for policy, security, or unpaid-balance reasons.

To request cancellation, contact [email protected] with your order number, company name, registered email, and preferred cancellation date.
