Refund Policy

AIChat Sales Agent is a digital subscription service. Refund requests are reviewed based on the service purchased, onboarding progress, payment status, and applicable law.

• Setup fees may become non-refundable once onboarding work begins.
• Subscription charges may be refundable only when required by law or when AIStaff fails to deliver the purchased service.
• Refund requests must be reviewed before approval.
• Refund processing times depend on the original payment provider.
• Customers may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
