AIStaff is a Philippine company that builds AI customer service for small and growing businesses. It started inside our own business.
Our story
It started with a reply that didn’t get anything done
I run Marga Enterprises, a copier and printer rental business in Taytay, Rizal. A customer messaged our Facebook Page about a broken machine. My staff replied right away, nice and polite. I thought we were fine.
Then the same customer messaged again. No service ticket had been made. No technician was scheduled. Nobody had followed up. The reply was there, but the work never happened.
That’s the real gap in customer service. Answering is easy. Getting the work done is what your customer is actually waiting for. So we built AIStaff to do both, and we use it in our own business first.
